What is a Qualified Candidate?
A qualified candidate profile includes the following:
An updated CV with achievements in each role, all dates of employment correct, personal information and all reasons for leaving previous employment included.
Your latest pay slip.
Completed reference check/s
Copies of all qualifications (matric, certificates, diplomas, courses, degrees)
Whether the candidate is active or passive in the job market.
Future roles that would interest you.
Companies that you would like to work for.
Any additional information that would be relevant in you getting your next role.
What do I need to open an account?
Initially you need to fill in your details to create a FREE account. Once you've made some money from clicks on your candidates' profiles, we will need the following documents:
CK Documents
BBBEE Certificate
VAT Registration Confirmation (where applicable)
Bank Account Confirmation
Copy of Director’s ID’s
How much revenue do I get paid per click?
For every click on your candidates’ profile you will receive 70% of the revenue, QCD will receive 20% and your candidate will get 10% in their virtual wallet. The higher the salary bracket, the more you get paid.
Can I use my funds earned to source for candidates?
Yes, you can either withdraw the funds you have earned or you may search for candidates with the funds earned.
How and when do I get paid?
You will be paid directly into your bank account on the 1st day of every month.
